Yes. Our hair can be professionally coloured and bleached up to #613 while maintaining its quality when cared for correctly.
Absolutely. Our hair can be curled, straightened and heat styled just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant to help preserve the hair's longevity.

As with all human hair, a small amount of shedding is normal. However, because our hair features 100% original cuticle alignment, shedding and tangling are kept to a minimum when the hair is properly installed and maintained.

Yes. We offer a professional Jet Black Colour Service for £35 per order. This service includes all bundles in your order plus one matching closure or frontal, creating a seamless finish throughout your install. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for this service.
Rather than holding large quantities of stock, every RAW HAVEN order is prepared exclusively for you. This allows us to carefully source, inspect and quality-check each order before dispatch, ensuring the exceptional quality and authenticity of our raw Vietnamese hair.
RAW HAVEN operates on a pre-order basis to ensure every order is freshly sourced, inspected and quality checked before dispatch.
Once dispatched, UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery typically taking 1–2 business days.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products and to ensure every customer receives brand-new, unused hair, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive an incorrect item or an error has been made on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll review your case promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
